An additional way to donate to the Boys & Girls Clubs is through sponsorship and/or participation in our annual fundraisers. Sponsorship can be done on an individual or corporate basis.

Texas Corral/Boys & Girls Clubs Annual Golf Outing
2008 Golf Outing, Wednesday, May 28, 2008
This golf outing is held annually on the Wednesday following Memorial Day (usually the last week in May). One of the largest golf outings in Southwest Michigan, the Texas Corral/Boys & Girls Clubs Annual Golf Outing is held on three golf courses in Three Rivers and Vicksburg, Michigan: Pine View Hemlock, Pine View Spruce, and Angels Crossing. Sponsorship is available at a variety of levels and includes a foursome, cart, prizes, and a dinner buffet. The major sponsor of this golf outing is Texas Corral.

John Daley Memorial One/One Run
Tuesday, January 1, 2008
This run is held annually on New Year’s Day at Spring Valley Park in Kalamazoo – regardless of snow! The focus of the event is to start the New Year off right by celebrating good health, good friends, and the good year to come. More importantly, all proceeds go to support the positive activities at the Boys & Girls Clubs. Run distance is either one loop (2.2 miles) or two loops (4.4 miles). The major sponsor of this event is Gazelle Sports.

Fun Day
October 13, 2007
Fun Day is a carnival held at the Boys & Girls Club Lake Street Campus in October of each year. Fun Day celebrates autumn and provides the community with a low cost activity for the whole family. Attractions include games, hayrides, pony rides, face painting, clowns, pumpkins, balloons, food, and much more. The major sponsor of this event is Group Marketing Services.

Bingo
The Boys & Girls Clubs have been running a Thursday night Bingo for approximately 20 years. Bingo is held every Monday and Thursday nights at Ingraham’s Palace Bingo Hall located at 328 Stockbridge Avenue, Kalamazoo. The phone number to the hall is 269-381-6668.

Annual Appeal
Each year, the Boys & Girls Club mails an annual appeal to approximately 2,000 individuals in the community. The annual appeal is mailed during the Holiday season and provides the Club with considerable operating revenue each year.
